Pesto and Goat Cheese "Pizza" Appetizers

If you can't cook, this is the recipe for you!  It is completely from store bought ingredients.  There isn't even any mixing involved!  It is just assembling.  It really doesn't get any easier.   But they are so good.  Warm or room temperature, everyone will love these.  If you don't like goat cheese, use a mild cheese like mozzarella or ricotta salata.  I made a lot of them and cut the dough into tiny triangles.  That was not really the best idea I had.  It took way to long to assemble all the really tiny "pizzas".... like, way, waaay too long.  I am going to give you the much easier version.  Also, these are pretty cheap to feed a crowd.  You can absolutely get away with making 30+ hor d'oeuvre servings with 1 small package of goat cheese that costs about $5.  If you love goat cheese: go ahead, use more!

Pesto and Goat Cheese Pizza Appetizers
4 cans crescent roll dough
8 oz prepared pesto (1 jar)
4-5 oz goat cheese, crumbled (or more....)

(Yup, those are all the ingredients.)
Separate the dough into the triangles that are pre-cut.  Spread a thin layer of pesto over the dough.  Sprinkle with goat cheese.  Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 375 deg F for about 12-15 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown at the edges and the bottoms are browned.  Cut the large triangles into smaller wedges (or not....).
